Educational Technology Expertise Centre

To fulfil its mission of encouraging innovation in higher education Open Universiteit Nederland channelled its expertise through the Educational Technology Expertise Centre (OTEC).
As of October 2008 OTEC will continue under a new name: CELSTEC.
CELSTEC stands for Centre for Learning Sciences and Technologies.

The NEtherlands Laboratory for Lifelong Learning (NeLLL) is the research institute of the Open Universiteit Nederland specializing in research on lifelong learning.

Ruud de Moor Centrum

Ruud de Moor Centrum for the professionalization of teachers (a department within Open Universiteit Nederland) helps to address the shortage of teachers within primary and secondary schools. The centre develops products that help raise the quality level of teachers, right on the job.
